Role Overview
  Marine Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of marine operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while optimizing operational efficiency. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to plan and execute marine construction activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Equipment Oversight: Manage the utilization and maintenance of marine equipment, ensuring readiness for operations and adherence to safety protocols. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment on project objectives and compliance requirements. Safety Champion: Implement and promote safety best practices across all marine operations, conducting risk assessments and safety audits. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on marine operations procedures and safety protocols to foster a culture of excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
  Marine Expertise: Proven experience in marine operations, including marine construction techniques and methodologies. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of marine equipment and operational procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Safety Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and practices specific to marine environments. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
  Qualifications: A degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marine operations or construction, with a proven track record of successful project execution. About Airswift:
