Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Marine Electrician with prior experience in the Navy’s A or E Division to join our shipboard systems team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying electrical and mechanical equipment across shipboard and integrated systems. You’ll work in company facilities, customer sites, and field locations—troubleshooting issues and ensuring systems run smoothly and safely.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, operate, and maintain shipboard electrical and mechanical systemsDiagnose and repair equipment malfunctions quickly and accuratelyProvide technical support across integrated systems and related softwareInterface with customers and oversee subcontractor activitiesLead and direct work crews when neededPrepare and use technical documentation, including work packages and test plansSchedule tasks, report progress, and brief both customers and internal teamsSupport cross-functional tasks to complete installations and assignmentsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in marine systems, ship repair, and Navy operations (A or E Division preferred)Hands-on experience with valves, hydraulics, diesel systems, and electrical componentsSkilled in structural and mechanical system maintenance and repairProficient with power tools, diagnostic instruments, and measurement devicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsStrong understanding of safety protocols and quality control proceduresMust be able to obtain base access credentials (DBIDS) within 60 days of hireWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven team supporting naval operationsWork on advanced shipboard systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentEnjoy opportunities for growth, leadership, and technical developmentCollaborate with experienced professionals in a safety-first culture


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
