The client is looking for Marine Coordination Lead to oversee all offshore maritime operations and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient logistics for an offshore wind project.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Marine Coordination Centre and Duty Marine Coordinators. Prepare, update, and enforce marine coordination procedures. Monitor vessel tracking systems, personnel transfers, and daily offshore activity. Coordinate marine traffic, SIMOPS, and port–offshore movements. Issue vessel manifests, Notices to Mariners, and weather communications. Act as first point of contact for offshore emergency response and support SAR operations. Ensure compliance with marine legislation and safety rules. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Liaise with contractors, vessel operators, port authorities, and site managers. Verify offshore personnel certification and manage daily updates. Support incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills: 3–5+ years in Senior Marine Coordination or equivalent control room role. Strong VHF communication skills. Proven experience managing offshore logistics & vessel operations. Knowledge of marine legislation and offshore safety standards. Strong reporting, organisation, and analytical capabilities. Fluent English (spoken & written). Valid offshore certifications (preferred). Experience as Master/Skipper of CTV. Knowledge of WTG Safety Rules. Experience with Marine Coordination Software. Polish language skills.
