**Description:** Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa, & Marina is hiring for a Marina Manager! **What You'll Do:** + Ensure unsurpassed quality operation of friendly and courteous attitudes to all guests and crew. + Supervise daily marina operations, including dock maintenance and fuel services. + Responsible for all services offered, quality control, and cash handling procedures. + Maintain a clean and safe dock area, marina store, and adjacent facilities. + Budget planning and managing expenses. + Ensure the marina facility is well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests and staff. + Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all marina activities. + Effective communication and planning of annual & transient memberships, boat shows, and engagement events. + Direct supervision, hiring, and coaching of Marina associates. **The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
