Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a talented and motivated electrician with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial/industrial electrical experience, preferably marina/dock electrical construction work, to handle electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for waterfront facilities. This candidate will be working with a dynamic team to ensure the safety and functionality of our electrical systems, from docks and boat lifts to marina buildings and lighting.
-Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in marina settings, including lighting, power systems, and shore power outlets.
-Troubleshoot & resolve electrical issues quickly & effectively
-Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety codes and regulations
-Collaborate with marina staff to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations
-Works on projects related to electrical upgrades, boat slip improvements, and marina infrastructure.

Skills and Requirements
-Ability to travel across Florida throughout the state for projects
-Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in marina or waterfront environment
-In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including 240V and 480V power, shore power, and marine-specific equipment
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
-Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
-Excellent communication skills and customer focused attitude
Valid Drivers License GGC cabling experience
Florida Electrical Contractor License (EC)
