**Description:** **This seasonal position will end October 2025.** Our Marina is a focal point of the resort, with three piers extending from the main breakwater in front of the resort, with our 150-slip marina. The Marina Dock Hand is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and boaters. This role involves assisting with docking and fueling boats, maintaining marina facilities, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. **What You'll Do:** + Assist guests with docking, securing, and launching boats + Provide line handling, tie-ups, and pump-out services as needed + Maintain dock cleanliness: sweep, remove trash, clean dock boxes and marina areas + Monitor marina equipment and report maintenance needs or safety concerns + Deliver ice, fuel, and other amenities to vessels as requested + Communicate marina policies and assist with guest inquiries + Maintain accurate records for guest boat slips, reservations, and marina services + Ensure safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed on the dock + Provide support for marina events or special activities as needed **Theposition responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
