Job Summary:
As a Liquidity Operations Specialist within the Liquidity Operations team, you will process static data maintenances and monitor sweeps. You will also reconcile nostro/internal accounts and handle reporting and queries for customer accounts on-boarded on Liquidity Products such as Cash Concentration and Notional Pooling. Your role will involve direct reporting to the Associate — Liquidity Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Process static data maintenances with precision and efficiency.Monitor sweeps and ensure timely reconciliation of nostro/internal accounts.Respond promptly to queries related to customer accounts on-boarded on Liquidity Products.Report on account activities and maintain accurate records.Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timelines.Regularly review processes and provide innovative ideas for improvement.Meet the goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

At least six months of experience in Banking Operations, especially Payments & ReconciliationStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly during stakeholder conversations.Willingness to work in any shifts, including night shifts.Ability to work in teams and share workload effectively.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

Knowledge of International Payments systems like SWIFT, CHIPS, FED.Problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.Ability to handle tasks efficiently.Experience in supporting Global Liquidity product & services.
