Job Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in hardware validation, system-level debug, or closely related roles
Strong expertise with Intel architecture and server platform features
Hands-on experience with debug tools such as ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes
Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive validation plans
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or similar) for test automation
Preferred Skills
Experience with manufacturing test flows and high-volume production environments
Knowledge of quality systems, reliability analysis, or Six Sigma processes
Experience improving test efficiency and reliability through automation, tooling, or workflow optimization
Background mentoring junior engineers or leading small technical teams in validation or debug
Job Responsibilities
Lead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts
Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields
Identify and implement opportunities to improve test efficiency, coverage, and reliability through automation or process optimization
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices and standards for test methodology and execution
Pay Details: $24.00 to $33.00 per hour
