Location/Division Specific Information:

This role is based at our Ferentino, IT site, supporting our production Division.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

As Manufacturing technician, working within a Manufacturing Team specialising in vials and pfs manufacturing , you will play a major role in delivering information for the process to produce.

A Day in the Life:

Carry out manufacture, using automated and manual chemical reactors in a fast-paced chemical processing environmentAssemble, competently use and dissemble plant equipmentMonitor reaction progress using analytical techniques and take corrective actions to produce the batch within specificationCarry out calibrations, daily and weekly checks of work area; start-up and shutdown proceduresUse MRP and web-based systems for retrieving and recording informationThe role involves lifting and carrying weights up to 25kg

Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production enviroment.Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment or other highly regulated environmentPreferred: Experience working in a clean room environmentPreferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Computer literate (word, excel, and web-based systems)
