Basic understanding of network routers and switches.Able to read, interpret, and follow technical engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to perform final product configuration.Utilizes computer to perform setup operations and verifications of final product.Performs soldering in a subassembly operation.Maintains inventory of product in configuration area.Performs quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.Identifies product defects and completes appropriate documentation when defects are identified.Performs all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and proactively seeking new tasks to advance the team's goals.Able to work in a lean production line environment completing tasks on time.Communicates effectively with others and can function and get along in a team environment.Maintains a clean and safe work area.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
