ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS; but not limited to:

Basic understanding of network routers and switches.Able to read, interpret, and follow technical engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to perform final product configuration.Utilizes computer to perform setup operations and verifications of final product.Performs soldering in a subassembly operation.Maintains inventory of product in configuration area.Performs quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.Identifies product defects and completes appropriate documentation when defects are identified.Performs all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and proactively seeking new tasks to advance the team's goals.Able to work in a lean production line environment completing tasks on time.Communicates effectively with others and can function and get along in a team environment.Maintains a clean and safe work area.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  

Intermediate computer navigation and utilization skills.Must be able to use a digital multi-meter.Basic reading skills; able to follow direction.Ability to use critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems and present new ideas.High attention to detail and self-motivation.Specific technical or vocational training or certification may be required; may be required to pass ruler test. Exemplifies professionalism in all aspects of day-to-day duties and responsibilities.Self-aware and open to learning about personal effectiveness in the workplace.Exhibits a positive attitude toward the vision, policies, and goals of Gatekeeper Systems.Constantly strives to improve performance and effectiveness of the team and the company.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

High School Diploma or GED2-4 years mechanical or computer assembly experience
