Job DescriptionYOUR TASKS
This role coordinates and delivers all departmental training, maintains comprehensive documentation and employee qualification records, and supports continuous skill development across the production team. It also assists in the creation of effective training materials and procedures as well as ensures compliance with company policies and standards.

Deliver and coordinate all training for assigned departmentResponsible for training documentation retention for the departmentMaintain employee skill matrix, qualification matrix, and department headcount sheets internally through the development of all employees in the assigned production departmentMust have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMaintain records of all training internally within the training folder for the departmentProvide valuable input on the development of internal work instructions and standard operating proceduresDeliver new process training to traineesProvide feedback to the production department manager after new process and quality “roll-outs”Evaluate training certificationsSupport department managers and supervisors on delivering training material within the department by coordinating with internal trainers and employeesBe self-managed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressureFollow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assignedNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
