As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will play a vital role in operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex production equipment. Your keen attention to detail and ability to remain focused on tasks will ensure the setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of components and assemblies meet the highest standards. **_Pay Rate: $24 an hour/Paid Weekly!!!_**
**Shift: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex production equipment.
+ Support setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of components and assemblies.
+ Use specialized software to collect and analyze operational data and make real-time adjustments.
+ Follow all operating procedures and quality standards with precision.
+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support experimental processes.
+ Maintain a safe work environment and respond to hazards appropriately.
+ Meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards consistently.
+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for equipment calibration.
+ Use basic test equipment and report any non-conformances.
+ Participate in root cause investigations and troubleshooting.
+ Execute 5S and daily improvement processes.
+ Complete training requirements and maintain accurate records.
+ Perform inventory transactions and work order processing using Oracle.
+ Retrieve documentation from Oracle and Agile systems.
+ Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
+ Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
+ 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
+ Familiarity with Agile Product Lifecycle Management software.
+ Understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling best practices.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Associate’s Degree is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Assemblers work in a controlled cleanroom setting with strict adherence to cleanliness and contamination control protocols. Protective gear such as gowns and gloves is provided to ensure safety while working with chemicals like isopropyl alcohol and acetone, as well as exposure to mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise. The environment may also include exposure to high-voltage electronics and radiation.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, DE.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
