**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician I **Location:** Arlington, TX **Type:** Temp to hire Pay: $20/hr. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Manufacturing Technician I** to join a leading organization in the Arlington area. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a production environment. This position requires strong technical skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production goals. **Key Responsibilities** + Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. + Operate computers to perform setup, configuration, and verification of final products. + Perform soldering and subassembly operations. + Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards. + Identify and document product defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. + Maintain product inventory in configuration areas. + Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. + Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. **Qualifications** + Intermediate computer navigation and data entry skills. + Ability to use a digital multi-meter. + Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. + Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically. + High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure. + Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred. **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
