We are looking for a 1st Shift Manufacturing Technician – Fabrication, to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.

You’ll make a difference by:

Supporting fabrication production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements. Conduct studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing, and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety then plan and implement continuous improvement projects. Develop and maintain systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications. Work with colleagues to develop and implement phenomenal, new insights that consist of but not limited to the development of standard work/training guidelines for new teammates. Collaborate and work with multi-functional teams such as Engineering and Finance to achieve plant goals (quality, manufacturing, materials, design, engineering, and finance). Performing other work as advised by Supervision.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

2 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in fabrication, lean concepts, basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel). Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

CAD experience and knowledge

The pay range for this position is $32,970.00 - $56,520.00. annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
