**Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing / Production**
**Job Description**
Centered on continuous improvement, the Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician will serve as the department's expert in performing all the service, repair, and maintenance as well as day-to-day manufacturing support for the production team. This includes the cleanrooms, general assembly, and the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform planned and unplanned maintenance, repair, and service for all manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures.
+ Provide day-to-day front-line support for the Manufacturing team.
+ Establish and maintain all maintenance procedures, records, and work orders.
+ Establish and maintain a spare parts program for all relevant equipment.
+ Investigate and troubleshoot equipment problems and gather relevant information to make informed decisions on the next steps, including escalation.
+ Develop a system to ensure manufacturing aids and supplies are available as needed.
+ Carry out duties in a self-directed environment interacting with all members of the operations and quality functions.
+ Design and build manufacturing tools/fixtures to support the Production Team.

+ Schematic and blueprint reading
+ 3-phase electrical systems
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a cleanroom environment
+ Background in medical maintenance and troubleshooting

**Work Environment**
The role involves working in cleanroom environments as well as general assembly areas. You will have access to various manufacturing tools and equipment. **Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
