Our client, a leader in healthcare systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Test Engineering Department supporting the FCT PCBA Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Batesville, IN
Pay Range: $25.00hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule with assigned 8-hour shifts between 7am–6:30pm

What’s the Job? Support the FCT PCBA team with hardware and fixture transport and setup Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical test fixtures Troubleshoot wiring and test equipment issues Assist with software installations following established procedures Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth testing operationsWhat’s Needed? 3+ years of experience in electronics or manufacturing technology Familiarity with FCT systems and PCBAs Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools Ability to follow procedures and work independently Associate degree preferred in Electronics or EngineeringWhat’s in it for me?
