Job Description:
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role is critical in supporting our production operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all manufacturing activities meet our quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate raw material inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.
Work under the direction of the Senior Project Coordinator to manufacture high-quality products.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing and cleaning tasks.
Maintain detailed batch records and equipment logbooks.
Ensure all rooms and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained before and after production.
Safely handle materials, including lifting, lowering, and sliding packages weighing between 25–50 lbs (and occasionally up to 400 lbs).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, practicing Good Housekeeping standards at all times.
Train and support Junior Formulators as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Demonstrate effective teamwork and positive communication with coworkers.
Desired Background/Skills:
Previous manufacturing or compounding experience preferred.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Physically capable of handling heavy materials in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal communication skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the team.
GMP or FDA Knowledge.
Food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Shift Hours: 4:00am – 12:30pm
