**Job Title:** Assembler – Temp-to-Hire
**Pay:** $20/hour
**Location:** Waukesha, WI
**Schedule:** 1st Shift, Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
**About the Role**
We are hiring an **Assembler** to build and finish electronic cable assemblies according to customer specifications. This position is hands-on and requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical instructions, and strong teamwork skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and technical specifications.
+ Measure, cut, solder, and crimp cables with connectors such as coaxial, USB, and Ethernet.
+ Apply labeling, ties, and shrink tubing to assemblies.
+ Perform continuity and quality testing to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
+ Prepare materials, operate small tools/machinery, and complete required documentation.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company procedures.
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
+ **6+ months assembly or manufacturing experience** (electronics assembly a plus).
+ Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small hand tools.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
