Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our hot tub production operations. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, troubleshooting issues on the manufacturing floor, and supporting engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-part assembly, be bilingual, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Perform in-process testing and troubleshooting of hot tubs throughout the assembly line.Use electrical testing equipment and basic hand/power tools to diagnose and resolve issues.Assist in building and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes.Build fixtures and tooling to support efficient and accurate assembly.Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.Participate in risk management activities such as FMEA studies.Essential Skills
3+ years working in production assembling large products.Troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical products.Experience running tests and inspecting products.Experience using hand/power tools and testing equipment.Computer savvy.Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience in production fabrication or assembly.Experience in large-part assembly (preferably aerospace or similar).Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience (nice to have).Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st Shift from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, in a large manufacturing facility. Candidates will work throughout the facility on the manufacturing floor. Once a month, candidates will need to travel to the manufacturing facility in TJ, which will be facilitated by a company-provided car. Candidates must have or be able to obtain a passport, with the company covering the cost if needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
