As a **Manufacturing Technician** here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes. Your technical expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out in Cheonan location In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by ensuring that production processes run smoothly, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to drive continuous improvement. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met. + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. + Implement and sustain lean production principles to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. + Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for process optimization through tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping **YOU MUST HAVE** + Required: Industrial Engineer Certificate or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical and other Engineering. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong technical skills in operating manufacturing equipment. + Experience with quality control processes and standards. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. **WE VALUE** + Graduated from a junior or technical college (associate degree or higher) in a relevant engineering field. + Experience in lean manufacturing principles. + Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
