The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a quality-driven mindset, and the ability to stand for extended periods. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and contribute to a high-performing team. **Location:** New Albany, OH **Shift:** 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM) (2nd shift possibly available) **Schedule:** 4-day workweek with occasional overtime **Pay** : $18-21/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Follow **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)** and applicable **Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs)** + Report discrepancies to Team Leader or Production Supervisor to uphold safety and quality standards + Embrace a **Right First-Time** mentality to ensure compliance and product integrity + Receive and prepare components for manufacturing + Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation procedures + Accurately complete documentation and understand performance metrics (OEE) + Participate in daily shift performance meetings + Use pallet jacks and manually wrap pallets as needed + Operate computer systems for inventory management and electronic batch records + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements + Ensure timely availability of components and products for continuous production **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED **and** at least **1 year of work or military experience** **OR** + Associate’s Degree **Preferred Candidate Profile:** + Able to stand for long periods + Basic computer literacy + Prior manufacturing experience or exposure + Organized, quick learner, and hardworking + Committed to quality and continuous improvementThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
