**Manufacturing Technician** 📍 South San Francisco, CA | 🛠️ Full-Time | 2–3 Years Experience Our client is expanding their manufacturing operations and is looking for Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly and a passion for building high-performance technology. As a key member of the production team, you’ll be responsible for assembling and testing components—including motors, frames, and sensors—while helping scale operations from small-batch builds to volume production. **🔧What You’ll Do:** + Assemble mechanical and electrical components with precision and care. + Use hand and power tools (e.g., torque drivers, drills, calipers) to complete builds. + Perform basic soldering and component testing. + Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensure quality and consistency. + Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve processes. **✅What You Bring:** + 2–3 years of mechanical/electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. + Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic soldering. + Ability to read and follow SOPs and non-technical instructions. + Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. + Basic computer skills (MacOS or Windows).
