**J** **ob Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician where your main responsibilities will include kitting and packaging operations. You will kit manufactured cartridges and prepare them for shipment, ensuring precision in a temperature-controlled environment for national and international clients. This role involves filling operations and machine operation, requiring attention to detail and adherence to provided work instructions housed in a cloud-based application. **Responsibilities** + Conduct kitting and assembly operations for manufactured cartridges. + Prepare cartridges for shipment in a temperature-controlled setting. + Perform filling operations ensuring accurate placement within the flow cell. + Operate process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers. + Follow work instructions for heat sealing and labeling operations. + Align flow cells correctly to ensure accurate reading by sequencers. + Manage bulk formulations and ensure product quality. + Cut off excess foil using specialized machinery. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. + Team player mindset. + Strong communication skills. + Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams. + Experience with assembly, production, and cleanroom operations. + Ability to manage batch records and labeling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable leading a fill and pack line. + Basic buffer formulation skills. + Willingness to learn or experience with small volume aliquoting. + Manufacturing (MFG) experience preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
