Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician 2, you will be part of the production department supporting the growth and fabrication of essential crystals used in imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician 2
**Location:** Rockford, TN
**Pay Range:** $24.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.
+ Grow crystals used in imaging equipment.
+ Mix raw materials to a specified mixture.
+ Monitor various crystal growth processes.
+ Maintain accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in a database.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
+ Comfortable working in a hot environment.
+ Good PC skills, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
+ Experience in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment.
