**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 2** **Job Description** Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks. Engage in rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Utilize sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process and work with engineers in conducting experiments. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks. + Perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts and assemblies. + Utilize sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data. + Conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. + Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. + Participate in experiments conducted with engineers. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, and epoxy application. + Knowledge of chemical mixing and assembling processes. + Capability to perform tasks as a Production Technician or Mechanical Assembler. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hand tools and bonding, soldering, assembly techniques is beneficial. + Trainability and willingness to commit to the role long-term. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can develop your skills and grow within the company.
