Manufacturing Technician 1
**Manufacturing Technician 1** Responsible for providing technical support to the production line, support on the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes. **Your role:** + Assists with calculating first-pass yields, analyzing scrap codes using troubleshooting methods, and supporting productivity analysis to improve efficiency. + Provides support for validation activities, TMVs, and problem-solving initiatives, including CAPA, CIP, NCRs, and other internal projects. + Participates in daily management meetings, conducts Gemba walks on production lines, and responds to requests from cross-functional teams. + Builds strong relationships with operators, leads, supervisors, maintenance technicians, and engineers while ensuring safety in material usage and processes. + Applies basic understanding of product functionality, uses PLM tools, and works from detailed instructions and task lists to complete assignments. **You're the right fit if:** + High school diploma or equivalent job experience in a related field; 0–2 years of relevant experience. + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes in the medical field and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. + Ongoing engineering studies and basic English language skills. + Willingness to develop technical skills and support manufacturing operations. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. **Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.** Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
