Job Title: Manufacturing Tech Location: North Brunswick, NJ Hours / Schedule: 8 hour day (7 1/2 hour day + 1/2 hour lunch) + Training: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM + Post-training: Any consistent shift starting 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) - Hours must stay consistent Type: Long term Temp - Perm Compensation: $25 - $26 per hour (pending overall experience) Responsibilities + Manufacture vascular graft products per SOPs and GMP requirements + Package products per process specifications + Complete accurate DHRs and production documentation + Meet scheduled production runs and output targets + Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities + Support validation activities and basic equipment maintenance + Verify materials and equipment are within specification and calibration Requirements + Minimum High School Diploma or GED + 1–3 years minimum experience in GMP manufacturing environment + Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and verbal instructions in English + Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation and data recording skills + Good hand dexterity and eyesight + Comfortable with frequent repetitive motion + Comfortable lifting up to 20 – 30lbs + Comfortable working with chemicals (99% in powder form) + Must be comfortable working with animal products (e.g. tissue, blood) + Ability to work in a cleanroom / controlled environment (e.g. ISO 7) with full gowning (hair net, booties, mask, shoe covers, zip-up suit) Preferred Qualifications + 3+ years manufacturing experience + 1+ years GMP manufacturing experience + Formal cGMP training + Aseptic experience (preferred, not required) Benefits System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
