Manufacturing Team Lead  – 3rd Shift
📍 Solon, OH | 🕒 Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 💲 $24–$28/hr (based on experience)

We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Team Lead to run our filling, packaging, and mixing operations.  In this role, you’ll adjust, set-up and do changeovers—while working alongside a talented team that values safety, quality, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

Ability to work with Manufacturing Manager to coordinate production in an efficient manner while attaining quality.Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, or closing containers.Responsible for adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, maintenance, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.Ability to shut down equipment when problems arise and make informed necessary corrections working across numerous departments.Coordinates and performs routine preventative maintenance of equipment.Identifies, isolates and corrects equipment malfunctionsResponsible for accurate and timely reporting of production, labor and scrap incurred during the shiftAssures that associates are trained in operations and changeover procedures for appropriate filling and packaging linesSupervises/directs operators and temporary staffing as well as administers policies and procedures.Promotes and follows all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines and procedures.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts on the production floor, reporting incidents appropriately to Manufacturing Manager and Human Resources if necessary.Participate in training and professional development activities.

What You Bring

High School Diploma/GED required5-7 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory or lead role; preferably filling and packaging experience.Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.Must have ability to perform simple math calculations.Must be computer literate.Must be certified to drive all types of forklift.

Compensation Information:

💲 $24–$28/hr (based on experience)
