We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support and enhance our digital manufacturing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP (Material Master Data), Team Center, and MES systems, and a strong capability in developing automation tools and scripts to streamline operator interactions and improve process efficiency. **SAP Material Master Data Management** Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Manufacturing Routings. Create and manage Material Master records and Production Versions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAP modules. **PLM & MES Integration** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Team Centerand MES solutions. Support the development and deployment of new digital tools/applications for manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues between Team Center, MES, and SAP. **Automation & Scripting** Design, develop, and maintain scripts and automation tools to simplify operator interactions with manufacturing software. Continuously improve existing tools based on user feedback and evolving process needs. Ensure robust documentation and version control of all developed scripts and tools. Proven experience with SAP (focus on BOM, routing, material master, production version). Familiarity with PLM and MES systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter) Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript) and automation frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. **Preferred Skills:** Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments. Knowledge of digital manufacturing trends and Industry 4.0 principles. Understanding of database structures and data flow in enterprise systems.
