**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Lufkin Operations team\. Our team is responsible for leading manufacturing activities to accomplish cost, schedule, and quality objectives for production manufacturing areas, utilizing lean manufacturing skills and best practices to drive continuous improvement\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading daily operations on 2nd shift \(5:00pm \- 3:30am or possibly 6:00pm \- 4:30am/Mon \- Thurs\.\), developing work assignments, and assessing performance to meet quality, schedule, and cost initiatives\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education plus 5 years experience\. Demonstrated leadership and presentation experience Employee relations experience Experience with professional electronics manufacturing/productions methodologies Experience with business metrics to drive performance \(cost, schedule, quality\) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles Ability to work independently Ability to Identify and present solutions professionally to diverse audiences\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
