Skills and Requirements 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience OR skilled trade experience 2+ years in a supervisory role Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering OR skilled trade background Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment Root cause analysis Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) Excellent leadership and communication skills Power BI CAD Experience: - SolidWorks - Inventor - AutoCAD
