Job DescriptionOversee subcontracted activity; ensure timely and quality delivery
Act as the primary customer contact daily
Responsible for scheduling, productivity, and quality
Manage workload/capacity and set priorities
Lead training and qualification follow-ups
Generate monthly reports based on customer needs
Coordinate task handovers among supervisors
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
QualificationsStrong leadership and coordination skills
Lean and team management experience
Proficient in Alstom processes, procedures, and tools/software
