**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Responsibilities** + Supervise a team within the assigned department, allocate manpower, and assign jobs to meet production targets. + Provide coaching, training, problem-solving, and administer discipline when necessary. + Communicate issues during the shift, including maintenance or equipment problems, parts shortages, scrap issues, quality concerns, or rejects. + Complete end-of-shift reports for company leadership. + Understand and adhere to safety principles, safety guidelines, and Process Quality Principles. + Communicate effectively across different levels and fill in for the production manager during absences. + Lead teams and coach other supervisors as needed, interacting effectively with personnel. + Manage by walking around, being detail-oriented, and able to create Excel documents. + Create, implement, and follow through with corrective action plans, conducting walkthroughs to coach employees on areas needing improvement. + Attend and participate in daily, weekly, and bi-weekly meetings in the production manager’s absence. **Essential Skills** + Quality assurance + Root cause analysis + Supervision + Safety + Supervisory skills + Six sigma + Process improvement **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly through root cause analysis. + Job placement flexibility with the expectation to rotate positions within the plant. + Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to multi-task. + Strong organizational and administrative skills. + Customer orientation with commitment to plant processes through strict adherence to the Quality Operating System. + 1-3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Body shop, stamping, paint, subassembly experience preferred. + Safety and Quality experience preferred. + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr. 401k, retirement planning services, company matching after completing 3 months of service • Medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, preventative care • Eligibility for: • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) • Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) • Employee Basic Life and Accidental Death Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance • Employee Supplemental Life Insurance • Access to Paid Time Off (PTO) and Parental Leave **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Glendale,KY. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Aug 5, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
