**Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of 35–40 production team members on the 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the 1st shift. + Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to ensure performance and development. + Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet production goals and resolve issues. + Ensure quality standards and operational procedures are followed. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Two or more years in a supervisory or management role. **Work Environment** The position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Enjoy a stable 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with consistent hours, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
