Manufacturing Supervisor

Eaton’s ADMIN Administrative division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor.
**What you’ll do:**
**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
Accomplish production standards based on the performance and capacity of production and meet customer requirements on quality standards based on EQS and generate maximum results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Planning daily production (Load Performance) based on Haina Open Order.
2. Ensure monitoring production standards and control processes established by Manufacturing manual, established by the production load cell or production target.
3. Accomplish all objectives belongs to the area; Non Stock Performance, Load Plan, Fill Rate, Scrap Reduction, etc.
4. Maintain and meet all ISO9000 / EQS Quality Standards for products.
5. Manage the inventory of raw materials and in-process within the production line.
6. Drive preventive & corrective actions related to daily manufacturing processes through Departmental Team through weekly meetings.
7. Maintain 5’S in the area.
8. Perform monthly department results presentation in terms of metrics and measures established by Eaton.
9. Supervise and monitor the hourly personnel within their assigned production lines; ensuring attendance, conflicts management, disciplinary action, awards, etc.
10. Perform and report to Human Resources changes/ personnel movements such as: department changes, shift changes, promotions, departures and others.
11. Actively participate in the Departmental Teams contributing to Continuous improvements that impact the productivity that impact Productivity optimization.
12. Follow the compliance of ELS tools and ensure all employees are trained on the system.
13. Responsible of the Performance Management (APEX), for the personnel assigned to his/her manufacturing lines.
14. Support and comply with EBS tools: MESH, EQS, ELSS, Prolaunch.
**Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS):**
1. Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
2. Assist to all EHS training assigned.
3. Promote and promulgate all MESH. Process and Policies to all the employees in MCB Haina Plant, and ensure that they are being performed at the plant.
4. Train all employees under their supervision in their respective function JSA
**Qualifications:**
**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:**
1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic or Electronic – Mechanical, Administration, or similar careers.
2. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferable in supervisory positions.
3. English - Advanced
4. PC. knowledge Advanced (Excel, Word, Power Point)
5. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
6. General Knowledge of: Lean, Quality Standards (ISO9001) & ISO 14001.
7. Experience with personnel Management.
8. Prefer: General Knowledge of EBS (Eaton Business System).
9. Competencies: Thinks & Acts Strategically, Demonstrates Our Leadership Style, Gets Results through Self & Others, Builds Organizational Capability.
**Addirional Information:**
**Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities:**
▪ Assembler: Product assembly in its different processes
▪ Machine Operator: Handling machines for assembling the product.
▪ Material Handler: Is responsible for supplying the raw material for the production process and maintaining production lines organized. Made by management material stores.
▪ Production Coordinator: Under direct supervision, coordinates the daily production according to the requisition of production, verifies the operation of the equipment and that the finished products meet the Quality requirements demanded by the customer.
▪ Manufacturing Assistant: Assist the supervisor in Data collection, analysis and implementation of projects, verify proper operation of the procedures, keep updated folders in your area and develop several reports.

8. Our work and objectives are reviewed with the immediate supervisor on a monthly basis. Any particular project requiring special attention can be reviewed as needed
**Major or Unusual Problems:**
▪ Production problems caused by the lack of material.
▪ Problems caused by new personnel unfamiliar production procedures and lack of product knowledge.
▪ Problem in handling the line due to the high rate of styles.
▪ High percentage of extra hours.
▪ Manufacturing equipment fails.
▪ Lack of training in processes/ Absenteeism Management.

**Principal Accountabilities:**
• Daily Production Standards.
• Complete customers order in the accomplish at the agreed time (Non-Stock).
• Keep the Fill Rate.
• Accomplish the Back Order.
• Control and reduction of SCRAP.
• Handling of 2 manufacturing lines
