Manufacturing Supervisor (3rd Shift)

**What You Will Do:**
+ Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements at all times, maintaining regulatory adherence within the assigned production area.
+ Stop the production process immediately if any non-conforming product condition is detected.
+ Plan, coordinate, and implement production activities and schedules based on product type, equipment, materials, and personnel availability.
+ Train and develop staff according to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and management systems.
+ Coordinate and supervise non-exempt employees, evaluating their performance using established criteria.
+ Prepare and present periodic reports to relevant stakeholders, both written and oral.
+ Ensure adherence to company policies and apply corrective actions as needed.
+ Provide coaching and leadership to promote continuous improvement and high team performance.
**What You Will Need:**
Required:
+ Previous experience in manufacturing environments (ideally 2 to 3 years).
+ Experience leading operational teams.
+ Basic computer skills including Office suite and production systems.
+ A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Completed higher education with 2 to 3 years of experience supervising teams.
+ Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred:
+ Experience working in regulated environments.
