You will be joining a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and innovation, working together to achieve ambitious goals and successfully implement brand-new solutions.What you'll be doingEstablish the manufacturing sequence to achieve daily production goals.Ensure operational product quality by solving issues with CAPA, validating processes, and implementing controls.Guide and lead utilities and supervisors in daily manufacturing operations for assembly processes and proactive equipment maintenance.Complete and detail the evidence of monitoring and controlling activities within the manufacturing process to uphold quality levels and EHS standards for daily production.Ensure EHS compliance by completing projects to enhance ergonomics in each workstation to prevent injury.Supervise the process of implementing product alterations via fabrication, procurement, and assembly following engineering modifications and new product guidelines.Establish, lead, and implement strategies to ensure FDA readiness, OMS strategies, VIP Savings projects, Safety Awareness & Compliance for the frames manufacturing operations in assembly.Ensure quality standards for all manufacturing fixtures and tools, attend quality audits, and implement Poka-yokes.Facilitate support groups on priorities, manage work teams to assure goals and objectives are achieved, and collaborate with human resources, engineering, sourcing, and supplier quality engineers to ensure the daily rate fulfillment.Collaborate with NPI sourcing leaders and managers to support new product introduction, pilot runs, support in TCO engineering projects, and Sourcing VIP for Monterrey site.Lead all aspects of analysis and problem solving, coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, build and qualify new fixtures, defect reduction, CAPA and NCE analysis and documentation, and customer complaint investigations and resolutions.Head manufacturing continuous improvement, lower manufacturing costs, establish self-directed improvement mechanisms, implement lean manufacturing tools, boost production line capacity, enhance roles and responsibilities of supervisors, update VSM, Control Plan and PFMEA, innovate and streamline the operational budget, enhance the training process and flexibility, minimize scrap, conduct kaizen events, E.H.S. projects or equivalent experience, oversee tool room activities, identify wastes, material rework, and follow hazard identification. Supervise the implementation of product design and process changes through assembly.What you'll bringProfessional education in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, or Aerospace Engineering.Experience and knowledge in Powder Coating, Pretreatment line, and Welding, as well as assembly lines.Proven experience in Team Leadership.Residency in Monterrey.Vehicle.Advanced English proficiency.#LI-AC1Equal Employment Opportunity
