Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with sterile production processes.Proven track record of meeting production targets.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a strictly controlled sterile environment.
