A day in the Life:

Lead and coordinate sterile manufacturing operations to ensure flawless execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership and collaboration skills.Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.

Education:
High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 25 kg.Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
