Our team, drives “day by day” maintenance activities, carried-out by Contractors, related to the equipment of the testing area. In detail, we are responsible for analyzing and maintaining the testing center machinery and equipment at Massa and Avenza test center, making critical decisions in a timely manner and meet safety and quality jobs for the major asset as:
- Lube oil console
- Gearboxes
- Heat exchangers
- Pumps group
- Water system
- Valves (every type)
- Vacuum pump
- Industrial mechanical equipment
The Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance, manages work orders with computer maintenance management system software and findings reports throughout the process of root analysis and troubleshooting process.
You will follow up preventive/predictive maintenances and troubleshooting on various types of machinery and equipment that require technical knowledge.
Work closely with the Manager in assigned area, providing him with weekly metrics on performance, schedules on critical repairs, as well as daily updates on critical equipment.
Without forgetting the Predictive maintenance with remote acquisition and management of signals from the field, both to extend the life of the equipment and to be immediately warned in case of Failures concerning HSE.
As Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance, you will be responsible for:
Performing as reference point of contact with Equipment OEM and parts vendors.
Supervising repair, assembling and installation of components for electrical system.
Coordinating inspections on industrial mechanical equipment, valves. gearbox, heat exchanger.
Participating in safety initiatives.
Working closely with Testing Engineers in the review of machines preparing maintenance schedules and determine the necessary spare parts levels.
Working with drawings, schematics, data sheet, P&I.
Liaising with OEM, external vendor on equipment repair.
Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.
Implement predictive maintenance systems.
Preferably basic knowledge of Maximo software.
Knowledge and application of the FMEA or FMECA methodology.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Degree in a technical field from an accredited University
Professional proficiency in Italian and English
Experience with reading equipment manuals, P&I diagrams, Mechanical drawings and other specifications to identify repair methos
