Manufacturing Administration Position
Job Summary
System One is partnering with a client seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrator to support their operations team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in MRP-driven manufacturing environments and strong administrative and accounting fundamentals. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate data management, smooth material planning, and effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ SYSPRO data entry, maintenance, and reporting
+ Supporting MRP operations and material planning activities
+ Bill of Materials (BOM) setup, updates, and management
+ Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and PO matching
+ Invoicing and accounts payable posting
+ General administrative support related to manufacturing operations
Qualifications
+ Familiarity with MRP systems and manufacturing workflows
+ Experience with SYSPRO or similar manufacturing/ERP software preferred
+ Accounting knowledge or prior accounting experience is a strong plus
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
+ Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
