Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre system. **Purpose of the Role:** As a Manufacturing Shift Lead, you will support and develop a team of process leads, developmental process leaders, and operations processors. You will ensure that production targets and schedules are met while implementing and maintaining processes that enhance productivity. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be key in expanding our fast-paced, inclusive environment.
