Lead, inspire and coach a team within a defined manufacturing maintenance environment. Accountable for ensuring that customer commitments are met in full, measured against agreed HSE, quality, cost, delivery, people and responsiveness to asset availability standards.

Basic Requirements:
An Associate’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;A Masters degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;JD/PhDIn lieu of a degree, 9+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentIn order to be considered for this role, you must be a US citizenPreferred:
Knowledge of Maximo System for Maintenance repair trackingStrong understanding of asset availabilityElements of Program Management helpfulSupervisor over multi-trade skilled workforce accountable for manufacturing and test facility preventative and corrective maintenance.Ensure that all Manufacturing Services personnel and other reports are appropriately, resourced, trained and developed using company standard processes.Work closely with the Manufacturing facility, Test Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure that facilities and test cells are fit for purpose and are managed via an asset care programEffectively interface with Group Property and their service providers partners to ensure all services are enacted to the business requirement.Ensures that agreed performance targets for all manufacturing services accountability are monitored using standard tools and appropriate actions are take where targets are not achieved.Ensure that Manufacturing Services area comply to the latest HS&E standards and business requirements including fulfilling specific roles such as Responsible Person (RP) for specific activitiesEnsure that both planned and corrective maintenance actions are carried out in accordance with company procedures through the deployment of internal or third-party resource, maximizing asset availabilityKey Experiences and any Qualifications
Has Companywide outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working.
Understanding/knowledge of multiple disciplines demonstrating breadth of experience.
Has a proven track record delivering improved operational performance in both favorable and unfavorable conditions, utilizing cross-functional teams.
Has experience of deploying continuous improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma, ideally with Green Belt accreditation.
Management experience in an engineering industry is ideal, but not essential.
Attended higher education and/or leadership development programs. Appreciation of product integrity.
