As a result of team growth, we have an exciting opportunity within the Rotatives Derby, for a Manufacturing Services Engineer.

The purpose of the role is to provide support the Manufacturing Services Leader and Manufacturing Services team to ensure the organisation’s objectives and goals are delivered.

Manufacturing Services Engineers take responsibility for coordinating, at plant or cell level, the Manufacturing Services organisations service lines, ensuring that all aspects of external Service Provider partnerships are delivered and monitored in line with business requirements.

Your needs are as unique as you are. What you will be doing:

In this role you will Work closely with the designated Manufacturing Services Leader in order to deliver the Manufacturing Services objectives providing data analysis and identifying opportunities to improve performance, in addition you will:

Coordinate designated aspects of external Service Provider partnerships delivered by Manufacturing Services, in line with business requirements and company standards.Support implementation of the company Health & Safety Standards which may include taking the role of Responsible Person (RP) or Assistant RP for specified activities.Take the lead for Fixture Care, developing the service to the business and ensuring that the Fixture Care service providers are monitored against agreed performance levels.Direct all aspects of the partnership with the Material Revert Service Provider at cell and plant level, measuring and monitoring performance against implemented Service Level Agreements.Develop and implement Energy Management plans, strategies and initiatives for Manufacturing Services at cell and plant level.Manage the Calibration requirements of the business and oversee the Calibration Service Provider monitoring performance against implemented Service Level Agreements.Administer the business requirements for Engineering Inspections.Interface with the Fluid Management Service Provider at cell and plant level ensuring that the required service levels are achieved.In conjunction with the business Risk Manager and Manufacturing Services Leader manage the Property Risk improvement plans.Be the business's interface for Group Property's Integrated Facilities Supplier monitoring their performance against identified business requirements.Liaise with other Manufacturing Services Engineers within the company , in order to deliver objectives and goals across the whole of Manufacturing Services.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

NVQ level 3 or equivalent in relevant Electrical or Mechanical technical time served apprenticeship*.Good understanding of Manufacturing Services organisation, services lines.Understanding of local and regional HSE Standards and regulations, demonstrated through CPD and training including IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalents.

*Please attach a copy of your certificate as proof of completing a recognised apprenticeship together with/next to your CV.
