This position offers the chance to work within a world-class team, gain valuable experience, and contribute to critical projects that drive the success of our manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities and Expectations:\n•\tPerform lab experiments under the mentorship of a lead scientist to support investigations and process improvement goals.\n•\tConduct and analyze statistical data from lab samples to determine trends and insights.\n•\tTrack and trend data across a large sample size of data to ensure flawless operations.\n•\tPresent technical data in cross-functional meetings with Tech Ops, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.\n•\tMaintain detailed laboratory notebooks in compliance with company policy.\n•\tCommunicate progress updates and data summaries effectively to the Tech Ops Antibodies sub-team.\n•\tAssist in additional Tech Ops projects as assigned, showcasing your ability to collaborate and innovate.\nMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:\n•\tCurrently enrolled in a B.S. program with at least 2 years of study in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n•\tProficiency with standard biological lab techniques and MS Office Applications.\n•\tStrong written and oral communication skills.\n•\tSelf-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to work well within a team environment.\nOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $32,240.00–$60,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
