We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to enhance and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards. This role involves leading internal audits, preparing for third-party certification audits, and ensuring that documentation accurately reflects current practices and objectives.
ResponsibilitiesLead internal audits and prepare for third-party certification audits.Ensure documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms, aligns with actual practices and objectives.Communicate effectively with executives, engineers, and shop floor personnel.Collaborate with process owners to understand, document, and improve their procedures.Support management reviews and corrective action processes.Modify and manage controlled documents to meet evolving business needs.Ensure traceability, version control, and integrity of quality records.Promote continual improvement through data analysis and feedback loops.Be trained and certified as an internal auditor.Lead audit summary reporting and corrective action tracking.Actively participate in third-party certification audits.Take ownership of the ISO 9001 certification process and ensure its successful completion.Utilize Office365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) for documentation and communication.Essential SkillsExperience in quality management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes.Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.Proficiency in Office365 suite.Ability to manage documentation and drive process improvements.Experience with internal audits or willingness to be trained.Additional Skills & QualificationsAudit certification is beneficial.Background in quality control, supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
