Manufacturing Quality Certification Leader

The Manufacturing Quality Leader is responsible for ensuring the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of shop certificates required for product shipment. The role guarantees that all quality documentation is produced in compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. It coordinates activities across production, quality, engineering, and supply chain to maintain an efficient documentation flow and prevent any delays to the customer. The Leader must be ready to embrace a wider range of responsibilities looking at the Energy Equipment business transformation. Relocation opportunities can be requested based on business needs.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

Ensure that all shop certificates (i.e. routing certificates, IPD, material certifications, test reports, etc.) are issued with completeness and accuracyGuarantee the on-time generation of the documentation required for each production order or shipmentOversee alignment between technical documentation, customer specifications, and actual production verification resultsCollaborate with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to promptly gather all information necessary to generate certificatesMaintain close contact with the inspection and testing teams to verify data availabilityMonitor the progress of documentation activities and highlight any risks of delayAnalyze root causes of delays or non-conformities in documentation and develop corrective and improvement plansDefine and update operating procedures related to documentation processesEnsure that certificates comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, industry-specific requirements) and customer specificationsSupport internal and external audits related to documentation processesMaintain a structured, secure, and traceable digital archive of all issued documentsDrive digital tools adoption leveraging Artificial Intelligence, to deliver process simplification and efficiency in certification data accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Materials, Industrial Management, or related fieldPrevious experience in Quality, Manufacturing, HSE, Quality Assurance or Quality Control roles within an industrial/manufacturing environmentKnow-how on Energy Equipment products or equivalent business marketsGood understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systemsFamiliarity with material certifications, mechanical testing, dimensional inspection, and technical standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience with ERP and quality document management software
