The Manufacturing FCG (Ford College Graduate) Rotational Program Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day operational execution of the FCG rotational program within Manufacturing. This role serves as the central point of contact for program participants, leaders, HR, and University Relations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience that supports the development and retention of future manufacturing leaders. The Program Manager drives key activities from recruiting and hiring through rotation management, performance tracking, and continuous program improvement.

Manages a 3-year rotational program of 65-75 associates globally.  Lead the Manufacturing FCG (Ford College Graduate) Program.  Oversee day-to-day program management, serve as the system reporting manager for all 90+ FCGs, and drive key program activities and KPIs.  Currently, over 40 LL6+ Manufacturing leaders are involved in managing the program, creating inefficiencies and a lack of consistent ownership. Consolidating this into one dedicated leader will streamline execution, improve program quality, and free up time for others to focus on core priorities.  Build a strong FCG brand and leadership pipeline and is aligned with internal (PD and HR) and external (GE, JCI, JnJ, JD and GM) benchmarks.
