Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Program Leader to drive and deliver global manufacturing programs through cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Requirements:

B.S. in Business or Engineering; Master's preferred. 5-10 years' experience in leadership positions within manufacturing. Technical knowledge in automation, welding, material flow engineering, demand flow technology. Experience with project management tools and techniques. Knowledge and application of financial principles and controls.

Preferred Skills:

Forklift truck product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Lead operational transformation projects ensuring timely delivery within budget. Collaborate across multiple manufacturing plants for effective execution of workstreams. Oversee development and integration of detailed project plans across various departments. Identify and eliminate barriers for seamless program execution. Ensure projects adhere to timelines, providing regular updates to executive leadership. Coordinate functions among Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and NPI to achieve objectives. Drive programs to meet financial budgets and savings commitments. Conduct executive-level program reviews presenting progress and solutions. Resolve conflicts, plan for risk mitigation, ensure leadership awareness of challenges.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
