**Your role and responsibilities**
This role is responsible for understanding and following MFG procedures defined by local engineering teams. People in this role analyze, build and pack server systems and assemblies. They also work with Engineering to model new products and test processes in preparation for final shipment to clients. The employee provides technical support to the business processes. Individual will be working with all MFG areas, Eng and support groups to ensure all processes are physically and logistically manufacturable and repeatable at a high-quality levels and meet/exceed our IBM standards and customers’ requirements by deliverable dates.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* At least 2-year MFG experience, good knowledge and understanding in our systems build processes.
* Good knowledge and understanding of MFG processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables.
* Strong communication, Solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills, good negotiator and easy to work with.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules.
* Detail oriented and client focused.
* Flexible, Able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and ship dates.
